Gotta Get Home!

In the last part Bey had gone on somewhat of a date with Lyndell..of course he was trying to be with her again but it wasn't going down like that..Bey told him off and bounced...jay on the other hand was being heavily seduced by his secretary who was a fill in..when she went to far by trying to orally please jay he became upset and fired her...later that day bey called jay begging him to fly out to see her..she was missing him so much....just as jay was going through security check at the airport he was arrested for the abuse and sexual assault of Keri White......here goes..

(10pm the same day..Houston,Texas)

Bey: I mean he said he was coming! He should've been here by now..that was 3 hrs ago!
MT: maybe something went wrong with his flight!
Bey: it don't matter mama he would've called me...*walking around the living room*
Solo: I know this a stupid question but you called him?
Bey: *stops* yeah very stupid question solo! Of course I called like 30 times already..I sent voicemails and text..jay wouldn't ignore me like this especially with the baby!
MT: oh my god..look jay!! *turns up the tv* 

Everybody sits around the tv shocked to see jay..they listen to the breaking News which was all about him...

Tv Reporter: "Earlier today rapper/business man Shawn Corey Carter better known as Jay-z the husband of International Superstar Beyonce Knowles-Carter.. was arrested  for allegedly abusing and sexually assaulting a woman by the name of Keri White...a bystander gave us this footage of how everything went down.."

After bey heard and saw the footage she turned the tv off...she was balling in tears after hearing & seeing her husband blasted all over tv like that..

MT: *rubs beys back* baby it'll be okay..just don't jump to any conclusions yet this could all be wrong..
Solo: thu thu...you okay sweety? *concerned*

Bey can't say anything...it's enough her husband was being blasted all over national television negatively..but for her family to see and hear this is embarrassing for bey..she gets up grabs solos keys & her bag and leaves without saying a word..

(New York City Police Station)

Officer: turn to the left *snap* turn to the right *snap* & back to the front *snap*

After jay takes his mug shots and they finger print him they take him to a room to be interrogated...jay is so pissed he says nothing to the officers...so they send an officer in who is all to familiar with jay hoping he will speak to him...its his cousin..

Brandon: jay man..please tell me this shit ain't true!

Jay gives him a look like "nigga you know it's a lie"

Jay: *pissed* I need my lawyer here I'm not saying nothing until he comes...and when ima get my phone call..I need to talk to my wife?!!
Brandon: aight look cuz..ima see if they'll allow you a phone call..but if I do this..will you talk to me and tell me what went down?
Jay: yeah as soon as my lawyer comes!

Brandon leaves to contact jays lawyer and to see if they'll allow for him to call bey..

(12am Houston Airport)

Bey: please! I know y'all have to have something available now..I need the next flight out as soon as possible!..
Clerk: I'll keep checking Mrs. Carter ...but for now we're all booked for flights to New York..
Bey: shit! *thinks* (maybe jays pilate can fly me out) 

Bey pulls her phone out to see if she can get jays Pilate to fly her out on his private jet.. She gets no answer...so she sits at the airport waiting for the next available flight so she can get to jay ASAP!

(Police Station)

Lawyer: I'm here for Shawn Carter

The police escort him to the room where they're holding jay..

Jay: man am I glad to see you!
Lawyer: what's going on man? This shit is all over the news..I flew out from Chicago to come back..I knew you'd be calling soon!
Jay: fuck! You serious it's on the news?
Lawyer: yeah man everywhere..it's breaking news in New York! They even had footage of you being arrested!

Jay puts his head in his hands pissed off and worried..he knows bey probably saw this already and it's gonna tear her up..she's gonna stress about it which she really doesn't need carrying their child!...but at this point there's really nothing he can do..


Jay: look..I didn't do shit this bitch is claiming I did...she came on to me!
Lawyer: okay so tell me everything that happened!

Jay explains his side of the story to Brandon and his lawyer..

Jay: and that's it..I swear..as soon as she did that I told her to leave and not come back..she's just tryna get back at me..I don't even know her!
Brandon: well we've been trying to get back in touch with her but no luck!....Shawn..if she keeps prolonging this things could get worse..I'm talking maybe even a trial!
Jay: a Trial!? ...man this can't be happening to me..*gets up and hits the wall* Fuck!
Lawyer: Shawn look...it may not be all that bad..they still have no evidence.,they can only hold you here a week with no evidence and then they have to let you go!
Jay: a fucking week man!? I can't stay here that long..I have a wife..who's pregnant..I have work!!
Lawyer: I know..but don't worry..we'll get all this cleared up in no time.

( Mama Tinas house..Houston,Texas)

Solo: mama I keep calling but she's not answering..I'm so worried!
MT: she ain't answering for me either...where you think she went?
Solo: I don't even know..my mind is so blank...I know she's hurt after seeing this shit on tv ..damn media make me so sick..
MT: I know..my baby was crying so hard..it makes me hurt..lets just keep trying to call her..

(Houston Airport)
It's now 1am and bey has been waiting at the airport for 2hours already..shes getting tired and really stressing about jay...she checks back with the clerk but still no available flights..she sees like 50 missed calls from mama Tina and solo on her phone but still can't talk to them about everything yet..plus she knows they'll just be feeling sorry for her and she doesn't want that..her phone rings..it's jays Pilate calling back..

Bey: oh my god...Chris I've been waiting for you're call..I need you it's an emergency!
Chris: I'm sorry bey I been caught up today..wassup what's going on?
Bey: Chris jay is in trouble and I'm tryna get to him back in New York..there's no flights open here you think you could take me?
Chris: damn bey where you at?
Bey: I'm at the airport in Houston..
Chris: shit! Look I'm in Dallas right now..it's gone take me about an hour to get there I gotta fuel the jet up..you can hold out till then?
Bey: of course I can..oh my god thank you so much!
Chris anytime bey..you know I'm here for you and jay!...I'll call you when I'm in..
Bey: okay bye..

(Back @ Police Station)
Jay has been booked, finger printed, and interrogated..he's been sitting in the room for almost 3 and half hours and is getting pretty frustrated with all this..

Jay: man Fuck! I need to call my fuckin wife Now!
Officer: sir I'm gonna have to ask you to calm down or we will be forced to restrain you!
Jay: look officer I'm no threat to any of you..but this isn't fair I should've been able to call someone a long ass time ago!

His cousin Brandon walks in..

Brandon: aight Shawn they gone allow you to make a phone call now and then move you to a cell..
Jay: a cell man really?...this shit is redundant! I've never had to go through any bullshit like this over some crazy ass broad!
Brandon: I know cuz but look we trying our best to get you out of here..just be a little more patient..
Jay: how can I be patient Brandon...my wife is probably stressing herself sick over me..I need to be with her!
Brandon: I know and we'll get you to her..just give me time okay!
Jay: *drove* yeah whatever...can I make my call now!?
Brandon: alright let's go..


Brandon walks Shawn down by the phones and let's him make his call..hey calls Beyonce

(Airport Houston)
Bey was walking to a vending machine to buy food when she feels her phone vibrating..she takes it out her purse...it's an unrecognized number..

Bey: hello?
Operator: you have a collect call from "Shawn Carter" press one to accept..

bey tears up immediately she presses one and waits for the operator to connect calls

Jay: hello..Beyonce?!
Bey: Jay!! Oh My God....are you okay baby?...where do they have you! What's going on!?
Jay: bey I'm fine..calm down baby...
Bey: *crying* I'm coming home baby! Chris is gonna come and fly me back!
Jay: bey no..I don't want you caught up in this shit..the moment the paparazzi see you they'll swarm you..you don't need that stress!
Bey: but jay baby I...

"*Click* beep beep beep beep"

Beys phone cut off right in the middle of their phone call...she's been at the airport for hours using it and her battery is dead..her charger is at mama tin as house so she can't charge it..

Bey: No dammit!! *cries more* shit!

Bey puts her back against the wall and just stands there weeping over her husband..
