(9am the next morning..New York Police Station)

jay wakes up to an officer knocking on the bars..

Officer: wake up Mr. Carter..you're being released..

When jay heard the word 'released' he popped up immediately..

Jay: *stands up* I'm being released really!?

Officer: yessir i was given orders to come and get you...your lawyer and cousin wanna see you before you leave..

The officer walks jay down into an interrogation room and he sits and waits...his cousin Brandon and his lawyer both walk in..

Jay: (to his lawyer) hey man whats going on..I was expecting to be in here at least another week!

Lawyer: well Shawn God is definitely on your side man *sits down* this woman "Keri White"  well turns out she was lying the whole time..

Jay: *sarcastically* oh no shit huh!

Lawyer: *smirks* well it turns out she's wanted in 2 states for writing back checks and identity theft...her real name is Ciara Harris (ctfu)

Jay: you fucking serious man?!

Lawyer: no bullshit!!

Brandon: she came to the station last night beat the hell up...her boyfriend saw what was going on with you and her on the news and went ham on her ass! ..she was getting a restraining order against him & like a jackass and gave her real name!

Jay: you gotta be kidding me...damn seriously?

Brandon: yep..when they saw it was her and pulled her file up..the bitch had a rap sheet as long as chinas great wall..dating back to '98...AND bench warrants for not showing up to her court dates...she'll be locked up for a while!

Lawyer: she was so scared of her boyfriend finding her she admitted to everything for protection..she said she made it all up to get back at you for rejecting her!

Jay: Wow!!.... I feel so fuckin lucky right now man!

Brandon: its no luck jay...that was god straight up!

Jay: I know...you right cuz..so im free?

Lawyer: as free as a new born baby (dead) after we fill out some files you're walking out of here man!

Jay: *happy as shit* im so glad this shit is over *gets up* when can i leave?..i need to get home to my wife!

Brandon: as soon as we get done with the paperwork cuz..

Jay: cool lets get it then!

they all walk to the front and fill out the paperwork for jay..after they give jay his bags and stuff back..he calls jonathan to pick him up..

(the Carters House)

bey is still sound asleep when her phone starts to ring and wakes her up..its solo calling...

Bey: *sleepy voice* hello?

Solo: oh my god...bey! Where are you? Why didn't you call?! Are you okay!?

Bey: solo slow down im fine babe!

Solo: *starts crying* thu thu why didn't you call? Me and mama over here worried sick about you..where are you?

Bey: aww solo don't cry sweetie..im fine really i promise!..I went to the airport after.. you know... what happened with jay..I flew back home to get down to the bottom of this..

Bey hears mama tina and a mans voice in the background arguing..the man sounded like her dad...

Bey: solo is that dad?

Solo: ugh yea...can you believe he showed up here? He saw what happened on the news and wanted to make sure you were okay..

*Pause* this is all happening after bey and everybody finding out Matthew was cheating and got another woman pregnant..so that's why there's so much animosity towards him from everybody and also the reason why this is my first time ever even mentioning his ass.. *Play*

Bey: are you serious?

Solo: yeah..when we told him you left and we didn't know where to..he freaked out and refused to leave until we heard from you..

Bey: I don't know why he's tryna care now all of a sudden!

Solo: me neither..but enough about that..what's the news on jay!

Bey: *sad tone* i got to see him yesterday *starts crying*

Solo: aww thu baby don't cry..what happened? what'd he say?

Bey: it was so sad...he just looked so helpless..i was hurt seeing him like that..and there was nothing i could do!

bey explains the situation to solo...

Solo: damn that's some crazy shit!..I wish i knew where that hoe was i would beat her dead for causing this bullshit! 

Bey: me too...but my baby is in jail solo and i don't know what else to do! they won't let me bond him out!

Solo: well im booking a flight to come out there asap...im sure mama gone wanna come..and hopefully matthews ass bounces and leaves us the hell alone!

Bey: okay well im gonna get up and freshen up..you guys call me when you land I'll have jonathan come and get y'all!

Solo: okay we will...and bey try and relax sis...I don't want my niece or nephew frustrated behind you stressing okay!

Bey: Ill try but its so hard not to!

Solo: I know but please try bey!...ima go now i love you..see you later!

Bey: okay..love you too *hangs up*

as bey gets out of bed she stops cause she feels a really painful cramp in her lower back which makes its way to her stomach...her stressing is finally getting to her...she makes her way out of bed breathing uneasy and moving slowly and goes to take a shower..

(10:30 am in the car)

Jay: Jonathan stop to that flower shop by the house when we get close..i wanna pick up some orchids for bey and surprise her!

Jonathan: oh she's gonna love that...I think she'll be more happy to see you though *laughs*

Jay: I just wanna show her some love..I just know she's been worried sick with me in jail and shit!

Jonathan: yeah man...im sorry you had to through all this bull! *shakes his head*

Jay: yeah i know...but at least im free now..im not worried bout none of this no more!

Jonathan stops by the flower shop and jay gets bey flowers...he sets them in the back and they drive off headed towards bey..

(the Carters House)

bey is finished showering and decides to eat something..she feels refreshed and the pain in her back and stomach is gone as well..she goes back upstairs and starts getting dressed because she's heading down to the station to see jay..just when bey was walking to the door..jay turned the knob and walked in...

Bey: Aaaah! Oh my god!...*runs to jay and hugs him super tight*...jay..oh my god..*starts crying* ...what are you doing here baby? are you okay?..they didn't hurt you did they!..baby whats going on *gasp* oh my god jay did you escape!!   

Jay: *laughing* escape!...really bey!!...no im here..im free! *kisses her* i missed you baby.

Bey: *crying* i missed you too jay..soo much....but i don't understand..what happened baby?

Jay tells bey all that his lawyer and brandon told him...the whole time bey is staring jay directly in his eyes crying..she's so happy to see him..and too excited for him to be back home..

Bey: baby i hate this all happened to you *sniff* ..but im so glad you're back here with me..i was getting so worried and scared that they would try and lock you up!

Jay: yeah well its good now babe..look *picks up flowers* i got these for you..

Bey: they're beautiful baby thank you! *kisses jay*

Jay: feels like months since i've kissed you.

Bey: me too baby..ugh im so happy you're here..i couldn't take it anymore..

Jay: im sorry to put all this stress on you and the baby bey..i wish this would've never happened like it did.. 

Bey: baby you're here now..don't worry about anything else okay *kisses him*

Jay: how's the lil one been holding up *rubs beys belly*

Bey: well we had a lil scare earlier..i was in some pain...but it wasn't too bad and it went away when i took a shower and relaxed a little..its nothing to worry about

Bey: yes jay..everything is fine!

Jay: okay..well im feeling super nasty from being in that cell for two days so ima go shower!

jay then picks beys 3 month pregnant ass up and sets her on the counter..
